A tingling sensation is normal when using products with active ingredients like Vitamin C. This response typically indicates that your skin is adjusting to the formula. If the tingling persists for more than 3-4 days, we recommend reducing the frequency of use.

Usage Recommendations

Multi-use of the Rush Hour Serum

Yes! Renew Essential Serum is gentle enough for use around delicate areas such as the eyes, neck, and cleavage. Its lightweight, hydrating formula absorbs quickly without feeling heavy, making it ideal for these areas.

Combining Rush Hour Serum with Retinol or AHA/BHA

We advise against using retinol, AHA, or BHA as they may disrupt the skin's protective barrier and lead to irritation. At Off We Glow, we focus on incorporating healing and anti-inflammatory ingredients to promote skin balance. Additionally, we do not recommend combining our serum with any of the substances mentioned above.

What Is the Shelf Life of Your Products?

The Renew Essential Serum has a shelf life of up to 2 years when unopened. After opening, please refer to the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging (represented by an open jar icon with a number inside, like 6M or 12M) to determine how long the product will remain effective. It is advised to store the products in a cool, dry location, shielded from direct sunlight. For products with high levels of actives, it is recommended to store them at or below ambient temperature (25°C).

Orders are processed during business hours and take up to two business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the products. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at info@offweglow.com as quickly as possible. Please note that cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If there is an issue with your address after the order has shipped, please contact the courier directly.

Pre-Orders 

When purchasing a pre-order item, you will receive an estimated shipping date in your confirmation email. Your card will not be charged until the item ships. However, an authorization hold may appear on your account. Pre-order items may ship separately from other products in your order, and you’ll be notified when each shipment occurs.

Invoice Availability 

To help reduce waste, we do not include paper invoices with orders. Instead, you will receive a digital invoice via email upon order confirmation. If you require a copy of your invoice, feel free to request one by contacting us at info@offweglow.com.

International Shipping

Currently, Off We Glow does not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States.

Order Issues: Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

If you receive incorrect or missing items, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@offweglow.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos for quick assistance and the possibility of replacements.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or looking for delivery notices. Wait 1-2 business days, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive. If the package is still missing, reach out to us, and we will work with the courier to initiate an investigation, which may take up to 10 business days.

To send a gift card, visit our website and purchase a digital gift card. We offer two delivery options:

Redeeming a Digital Gift Card

To redeem your digital gift card, enter the card number and pin at checkout. If the balance doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using any of our accepted payment methods.

Gift Card Policies

Digital gift cards never expire and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. They are non-returnable and non-refundable. Only one gift card can be applied per order, and if the balance on the gift card isn’t enough to cover the full purchase, you can use another payment method for the difference.

Returning Products Purchased with a Digital Gift Card

Items bought using a digital gift card are eligible for return. Refunds will be credited back to a gift card. Kindly refer to our return policy for further information.

Unused eGift Card Balance 

Any unused balance will remain on your eGift card, and you can use the same 12-digit code for your next purchase. To check your balance, visit the Check Balance form on our website.

Purchasing Multiple Digital Gift Cards 

You have the option to buy up to 30 digital gift cards per order.

Eligible Products for Glow Getters

To check your points balance and redeem rewards, log in to your account through the Rewards Page. Once logged in, you can redeem available rewards if you have enough points.

Leaving or Rejoining the Program 

If you wish to exit the rewards program, please send an email to info@offweglow.com. If you decide to rejoin at a later time, your account will be reactivated; however, your points balance will reset to zero.

Expired Credit Card During Subscription  

If your credit card expires during an active subscription, we will attempt to bill your current payment method. If the charge fails, you’ll be notified via email to update your payment details. Be sure to keep your billing information up to date to avoid any disruptions to your auto-replenishment deliveries.

Auto-Replenishment

(how can we make sure the customers are not doing this subscription for one time only to get free shipping, then cancel, then subscribe again) – maybe we put a minimum of 3 months subscription?- maybe if they cancel the subscription after 1 month don’t give them the opportunity to subscribe again for 3 months? Only one promo code is allowed per order. In some cases, promotions may only be redeemed once per person. Promo codes are time-sensitive and cannot be used after their expiration date. Free standard shipping for U.S. orders over $55. Expedited options available at additional charges. We ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses using USPS.

Shipping Locations –

Currently, Off We Glow delivers within the United States, which includes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories like Guam and Puerto Rico. Deliveries to these destinations may take 8-12 business days, and expedited shipping options are not offered.

Regrettably, international shipping is not available presently, but we are actively working on extending our delivery services worldwide!

Sales Tax 

Sales tax is charged based on state and local regulations. The tax will be calculated and applied at checkout for orders shipping to states where sales tax is required. If you’re using a prepaid card, keep in mind that the final amount charged will include any applicable sales tax. No sales tax is charged on eGift cards, but purchases made using eGift cards are subject to applicable sales tax.

We want you to love your Off We Glow purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any product that is at least 75% full within 45 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note, sets must be returned in full, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
