The Ingredients We Avoid 

At Off We Glow, what we leave out is just as important as what we put in. We avoid ingredients commonly associated with sensitivity or irritation, including parabens, sulfates, added fragrance, drying alcohols, dyes, essential oils, and SLS. Our focus is on formulations designed to help soothe, hydrate, and support skin comfort.

Tingling Sensation: A Normal Response

Some individuals may experience mild tingling when first using products containing active ingredients such as Vitamin C. This sensation can occur as the skin adjusts to the formula. If discomfort persists, reduce frequency of use or discontinue and consult a dermatologist.

Fragrance-Free

We formulate our products without artificial fragrances, prioritizing skin compatibility and comfort.

Non-Comedogenic Ingredients

Each product is formulated with ingredients commonly considered non-comedogenic and developed to support clear-looking skin. Suitable for acne-prone skin types.

Paraben-Free

Our products are formulated without parabens and developed with sensitive skin in mind.

Cruelty-Free and Vegan Promise

Off We Glow is certified by PETA for being a cruelty-free and vegan brand. We ensure that no animal testing is involved, and our formulations contain no animal-derived ingredients.

Gluten-Free

While Off We Glow products do not contain gluten-derived ingredients, they are not manufactured in gluten-free facilities. If you have gluten sensitivities, we recommend consulting your physician before use.

Usage Recommendations

Multi-use of the Rush Hour Serum

Yes! Rush Hour Serum is gentle enough for use around delicate areas such as the eyes, neck, and cleavage. Its lightweight, hydrating formula absorbs quickly without feeling heavy, making it ideal for these areas.

Combining Rush Hour Serum with Retinol or AHA/BHA

We advise against using retinol, AHA, or BHA as they may disrupt the skin's protective barrier and lead to irritation. At Off We Glow, we focus on incorporating healing and anti-inflammatory ingredients to promote skin balance. Additionally, we do not recommend combining our serum with any of the substances mentioned above.

What Is the Shelf Life of Your Products?

The Rush Hour Serum has a shelf life of up to 2 years when unopened. After opening, please refer to the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging (represented by an open jar icon with a number, like 6M or 12M) to determine how long the product will remain effective. It is advised to store the products in a cool, dry location, shielded from direct sunlight. For products with high levels of actives, it is recommended to store them at or below ambient temperature (25°C / 77°F).

Order Management

Placing an Order 

Follow these steps:

1.  Create an account or log in. (Optional)

2. Select the products you want and click “Add to Cart.”

3. Proceed to checkout, choose a shipping method, and provide payment details.

4. Click “Place Order” to complete the purchase.

Orders are processed during business hours and take up to two business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Tracking and Order Status

You can track your order using the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive the confirmation within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at hello@offweglow.com with your order number, name, and email.

Additionally, you can view your order status anytime by logging into your account and checking your order history. 

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the products. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at hello@offweglow.com as quickly as possible. Please note that cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If there is an issue with your address after the order has shipped, please contact the courier directly.

Pre-Orders 

When purchasing a pre-order item, you will receive an estimated shipping date in your confirmation email. Your card will not be charged until the item ships. However, an authorization hold may appear on your account. Pre-order items may ship separately from other products in your order, and you’ll be notified when each shipment occurs.

Invoice Availability 

To help reduce waste, we do not include paper invoices with orders. Instead, you will receive a digital invoice via email upon order confirmation. If you require a copy of your invoice, feel free to request one by contacting us at hello@offweglow.com.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $65 within the U.S. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional charge. Shipping times may vary based on the delivery method selected and destination.

International Shipping

Currently, Off We Glow does not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States.

Order Issues: Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

If you receive incorrect or missing items, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@offweglow.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos for quick assistance and the possibility of replacements.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or looking for delivery notices. Wait 1-2 business days, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive. If the package is still missing, reach out to us, and we will work with the courier to initiate an investigation, which may take up to 10 business days.

If the product you’re looking for is out of stock, we recommend signing up for our “Email Me When in Stock” notifications available on each product page. As soon as it’s restocked, you’ll receive an email letting you know. Limited-edition products are typically not restocked.

Creating and Managing Your Account 

To register for an Off We Glow account, all you need to provide is your name, email address, and password. Shipping, billing, and other details can be added later. You can also create an account during checkout. Once registered, you can track your orders, view order history, manage your account preferences, and save multiple shipping addresses for quicker checkouts.

Updating Your Password

Log into your account to update your password at any time. From your account dashboard, you can manage your password, account details, and preferences.

Recovering Your Password

Rewards and Subscriptions

Rewards Points Policies 

You can redeem up to $25 worth of rewards points per order. Rewards points expire after 12 months of inactivity. You cannot combine points with promotional codes or redeem them on our Amazon official store.

Subscribing or Unsubscribing from Emails

To subscribe to our emails, fill out the form on our website. To unsubscribe, click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our emails, or contact us at hello@offweglow.com.

Eligible Products for Glow Getters

Points can be redeemed on all products, including new arrivals, bundles, and discounted items. However, gift certificates cannot be purchased using points.

Viewing and Redeeming Points

To check your points balance and redeem rewards, log in to your account through the Rewards Page. Once logged in, you can redeem available rewards if you have enough points.

Leaving or Rejoining the Program 

If you wish to exit the rewards program, please send an email to hello@offweglow.com. If you decide to rejoin at a later time, your account will be reactivated; however, your points balance will reset to zero.

Expired Credit Card During Subscription  

If your credit card expires during an active subscription, we will attempt to bill your current payment method. If the charge fails, you’ll be notified via email to update your payment details. Be sure to keep your billing information up to date to avoid any disruptions to your auto-replenishment deliveries.

Auto-Replenishment

Auto-replenishment enables you to set up automatic deliveries of your favorite Off We Glow products at your chosen interval. This service includes complimentary ground shipping, an additional 20 Glow Getter points and a 10% discount on each order.

Managing Auto-Replenishment Orders

Prior to each auto-replenishment order, you will receive an email confirmation. You have the flexibility to modify, cancel, or adjust the frequency of your orders up to 24 hours before the next shipment. Easily handle your orders by logging into your account and visiting the Auto-Replenishment section.

Notifications for Auto-Replenishment Shipping

Before your auto-replenishment order is dispatched, you will be sent an email reminder, allowing you time to make any necessary changes or updates.

Valid credit cards are accepted for auto-replenishment orders. Note that PayPal and Afterpay are not currently options for auto-replenishment orders.

Redeeming a Promotional Code 

To use a promo code, enter it in the promo box at checkout and ensure it’s applied before completing your purchase. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Promo codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be applied to previous purchases, sale items, bundles, or eGift Cards. Subscription orders are also not eligible for promo codes. Using Multiple Promo Codes 

Only one promo code is allowed per order. In some cases, promotions may only be redeemed once per person. Promo codes are time-sensitive and cannot be used after their expiration date. Off We Glow reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time. Misuse of promo codes may lead to order cancellation. Accepted Forms of Payment 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, UnionPay, JCB, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Payment Processing 

Your card will be charged at checkout once your order is placed. If you choose Shop Pay Installments, your total will be split into four interest-free payments, billed every two weeks or monthly, depending on your selected plan.

Order Security 

At Off We Glow, your security is our priority. We use advanced SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to protect your data when you place an order on our website. This ensures your personal and payment information is handled safely and securely.

Payment Declined

If your payment was declined, we recommend checking that your card details, including the billing address and security code, match what you’ve entered. Ensure that your card has not expired and that you have available funds. Payment Declined but Card Charged

If your payment was declined, you may see a pending charge on your statement. This is an authorization hold placed by your bank, and it typically disappears after a few business days. If the transaction was unsuccessful, Off We Glow has not received payment, and the funds will be returned to your account. If the issue persists, please contact your bank or card issuer for more information.

Payment Processing Time

Your card is charged at the time of checkout when placing the order. If there is a pending authorization on your account, be assured that funds will only be deducted once the transaction is finalized.

Shipping Methods and Costs 

Free standard shipping for U.S. orders over $65. Expedited options available at additional charges. We ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses using USPS.

Shipping Locations

Currently, Off We Glow delivers within the United States, which includes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories like Guam and Puerto Rico. Deliveries to these destinations may take 8-12 business days, and expedited shipping options are not offered.

Regrettably, international shipping is not available presently, but we are actively working on extending our delivery services worldwide!

Sales Tax 

Sales tax is charged based on state and local regulations. The tax will be calculated and applied at checkout for orders shipping to states where sales tax is required. If you’re using a prepaid card, keep in mind that the final amount charged will include any applicable sales tax. No sales tax is charged on eGift cards, but purchases made using eGift cards are subject to applicable sales tax.

Billing and Shipping Address Flexibility

Matching billing and shipping addresses is not required. All customers are welcome to try our products.

Return Process 

We want you to love your Off We Glow purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any product that is at least 75% full within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Please note, sets must be returned in full, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Initiating a Return

To start a return request, please contact us at hello@offweglow.com and include the following information: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

To help us review your request, we may also ask for supporting photos that illustrate the issue. This may include a photo of the product condition, or if applicable, a photo showing the skin reaction experienced after using the product.

Once we receive this information, our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with instructions on where to send your return if the request is approved. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Processing  

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Refunds are applied to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping Costs

At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking or insurance, as Off We Glow cannot assume responsibility for items lost in transit.
